Jonny B's, LLC dba Jonny B's Brickhouse opened its doors December 15th, 2015.  It was started by two friends Jon Beyer and Tom Schultz and is family owned between the two families.  The concept was simple, wood fire pizza and beer, and it's been a staple to the local community.  The restaurant is very involved with the community with donations and it's Jonny B's Book-It program for rewarding the youth of the community for reaching reading goals.  Frozen Pizza was a concept put in place to fill in some down labor time at the restaurant and the pizzas were sold out of the store.  Popularity of them grew and Jonny B's opened a new manufacturing facility December 15th, 2018 to produce their frozen pizzas and has been stepping up their production as demand requires.  They are now operating under Brickhouse Frozen Products, LLC for the purpose of producing and distribution of the Frozen Pizza Line.
