We make, season, and smoke our ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and sausage fresh daily. We have our own BBQ sauce bottled with Regular and XX Hot flavors. We have a restaurant to serve our food and we also sell our product at this site. We offer catering for any size event. No event is TOO large for us to serve.
