The Salsa Guy has been in the Salsa making and vending business for the past ten (10) years.  Each batch has been created and processed by myself.  Now is the time to take The Salsa Guy to the  next step.  I am working with Mike Stenstrom with Full Service Foods in Hillsboro, North Dakota and Tony with Northern Plains Label in Fargo, North Dakota.  My goal and dream has always been to have my Salsa commercially processed and made available on grocery and store shelves.
