Springer Gourmet is a small company in Wyndmere, ND that specializes in smoked pistachios, or Zoob's Nuts.
Springer Gourmet started as a backyard hobby last year, and quickly turned into more of a full time job supplying friends and neighbors with pistachios. So, after a quick trip to the bank and lawyer, Springer Gourmet was formed.
