Red River Microgreens is a locally owned indoor farm based in Fargo, ND, serving the greater Fargo Moorhead area with fresh, nutrient dense microgreens grown year round. We specialize in high quality salad mixes and single variety microgreens, including sunflower, pea shoots, radish, and broccoli, produced using sustainable, soil based growing methods.
Our mission is to make healthy eating simple, local, and accessible by delivering freshly harvested microgreens directly to homes, restaurants, and markets each week. Every tray is grown with care using renewable, plant based packaging and minimal environmental impact.

As part of Pride of Dakota, we’re proud to represent the growing movement of local producers bringing real food and real quality to North Dakota tables.

Red River Microgreens
History: Red River Microgreens was founded in August 2024 with a simple goal: to bring fresh, flavorful, and nutrient dense microgreens to the Fargo Moorhead community year round. What began as a small home based project quickly grew into a full scale indoor farming operation developed throughout the winter of 2024–2025.
In March 2025, Red River Microgreens made its public debut at the Red River Valley Home & Garden Show, showcasing its locally grown greens to the community for the first time. Building on that momentum, the company launched its first Red River Market season in July 2025, running through October and connecting directly with thousands of local customers who value fresh, sustainable, and locally produced food.
Today, Red River Microgreens continues to grow, literally and figuratively, serving local households, restaurants, and events while proudly representing the next generation of North Dakota grown produce.
