Northern Lights Freeze-Dried Creations LLC began with a simple goal: finding a way to preserve the harvest from our 10,000-square-foot garden and make the most of our farm fresh eggs and homegrown produce. What started as a way for our family to preserve the foods we worked hard to grow quickly turned into a passion. As we saw the quality, convenience, and unique results freeze drying could create, we knew we wanted to share these products — and so much more — with others.
As our vision grew, we set out to create products that bring excitement and something a little different to everyday treats, while staying true to our homemade values and small-town roots. What began as a simple idea soon grew into a family-owned and operated business built on hard work, creativity, and quality.
