Moshi Taiyaki began as a small home-based venture in Minot, North Dakota, inspired by the desire to introduce the authentic taste of Japanese Taiyaki to the local community. Starting with pop-ups and farmers markets, the business quickly gained attention for its unique, fusion-inspired flavors and sold-out events.
