MoMma Beach’s, LLC grew out of the love of gardening and the need to find creative, delicious ways to preserve each years produce. The signature Salsa has been a family/friend/co-worker favorite for many years. With the addition of Bloody Mary, Spaghetti Sauce and Salsa Verde it was time to start growing the company. Products also available are a variety of jams and jellies to include Jalapeño Jelly, Habanero Jelly, Chokecherry Jelly, Strawberry Rhubarb Jam, Raspberry Rhubarb Jam and Cowboy Candy.

Company History

MoMma Beach has been doing home canning for 40 plus years, mainly focusing on her signature Salsa. In 2018 she decided to try her hand at developing recipes for Bloody Mary & Spaghetti Sauce. After many years of being told she should be marketing her goods recipes were submitted and certified by NDSU in 2018. Products also well received are Jalapeño Jelly & Pickled Hot Peppers – both made with recipes taken from the Ball Blue Book Guide to Preserving.
