Company History
MoMma Beach has been doing home canning for 40 plus years, mainly focusing on her signature Salsa. In 2018 she decided to try her hand at developing recipes for Bloody Mary & Spaghetti Sauce. After many years of being told she should be marketing her goods recipes were submitted and certified by NDSU in 2018. Products also well received are Jalapeño Jelly & Pickled Hot Peppers – both made with recipes taken from the Ball Blue Book Guide to Preserving.
