A traditional Knoephla soup with some Jamaican Flavor! Made from scratch with vegetables and handmade dumplings! Made in small batches to taste the best!! Must be refridgerated, can be frozen but may change the dumplings. Will be available wholesale Fall 2026

North Dakota Favorites with Jamaican Flavors. You'll find Jerk chicken pasta, Jerk Chicken Mac & Cheese, and Jerk Chicken Rice Bowls. Made fresh and flash froze for best taste! Take out of the fridge or freezer and heat up in the microwave or the oven. With commerical packaging, these heat up and taste just like you got them from the Restaurant. Will be availble for Wholesale Fall of 2026

Company History

Steve Lindsay was born in Jamaica, and his wife Heidi born and raised in North Dakota. Starting as a food truck in May of 2022, moving to a restaurant in Sept. 2022, and then the food court in Minot in Sept. 2024, Moved to our New location at the South Broadway Enerbase gas station.  We also have a cold product line offering our Soup, and hot sauce and soon we will have our Heat N Eat  meals available for wholesale Fall of 2026.
