We were looking for a different flavor profile that we could use at local BBQ competitions so we decided to make our own. Our Flatlands BBQ Sauce is sweet and smoky with a touch of vinegar. Our Flatlands BBQ Rub is just a little sweet and just a little heat at the end. Together, they're the perfect combination for that beautiful mahogony color that you need for award winning competition BBQ.

Company History

We started expirmenting in our home kitchen in 2016 for the perfect blend of sweet and smoky for our competition BBQ. After getting so many compliments on it, we began to bottle some of it to give to friends and family around the area. After much demand, we partnered with a co-packer in 2022 and have been with them ever since.
