Tearless Onions is a company that has developed a fresh diced onion product that holds its flavor, color and texture for three months under refrigeration. Product line includes: Original - a diced onion, fresh and crisp; seasoned - a diced onion with garlic and green pepper for flavor; hot ‘n spicy - a diced onion with red pepper and jalapeno; and Cajun – a diced onion with Cajun seasoning.
