Brew 'N Que was originally opened in 2018, however Darrell has been smoking different varieties of meats for over ten years. His recipies are often passed down from his family, and always tweeked to make them his own signature style. The food truck has been in operation since the summer of 2019, originally doing caterings and events, now having expanded to a full time, year round bus.
