We are a full service meat market.  We process live animals, under ND USDA Inspection and exempt inspection, from locally raised farm animals.  We are a farm to market/farm to school processor.  We also have a retail sales department, where  we cut fresh steaks, chops, meat products.  In our deli section we fresh slice deli meats and chesses, along with bacon.  We offer meat and cheese trays, as well as kippered beef (jerky) and snack/pepper sticks. Our butcher makes inhouse sausages, brats, ring sausage and bulk.  Presently we have roughly a dozen differnet flavors and types.  Some smoked to perfection.  We have a fresh frozen meat section with a variety of beef, pork, chicken and sometimes lamb/goat (per request)
