Cloudy's Catalogue

Hello! I've recently changed my business name.  I was Cards and Crochet. Now, I am Cloudy's Catalogue. I am a crafter in Minot. I make greeting cards and other things. The crocheting wasn't selling well, and that was half my name! What's a lady to do?  Keep trying other things, of course.  There are so many crafty avenues and with half my business name not relevant, a name change seemed par for the course so I could carry on.

I have ADHD (and so do my kids), which means there is a lot of fidgeting in our house. My husband does 3D printing, so it was a no-brainer to put that to use and have a variety of fidgets made up. All the designs have had tons of feedback and use before being offered for sale. Currently, we have infinity cubes and nested/gyroscopic rings (two sizes for that one). There are at least two other fidget designs in the works. The cubes and nested rings have gone over really well with therapists and those who work in schools, but they aren't exclusively for them. Everyone should have fidgets!

For the cards, I make them mainly in A2 size (4.25" x 5.5"), 5 x 7, mini slimline (3.25" x 6.25") and regular slimline (4" x 9"). I also make my own coordinating envelopes. Cards are great for so many occasions, and especially for dropping a line to someone in the mail. It's a great way to brighten their mailbox and their day. The mini slimline sizes are perfect for mailing money or personal checks. I tend to wonder if I've made too much of the same thing, so there is quite a variety of options, from florals, to geometric, and even Spirograph (who remembers those!). I've even done coloring with markers and pencil. As these are all hand made, no two are exactly alike and all of them could be considered original artwork because they aren't printed. And as I said earlier, handmade cards are a wonderful way to brighten someone's mailbox and their day.
