3andME, LLC

3andME is a mobile coffee shop serving espresso, lattes, smoothies & frappes. Our espresso beans are locally roasted in Hebron, ND and we only use local, creamy, delicious Bessy’s Best Milk (unless you need a milk alternative such as soy or coconut). Hungry? Try one of our fresh wraps, using local produce, as much organic as possible. And then, our favorite part- dessert!

We offer a wonderful product- quality food, using local partners and ingredients, at family-friendly prices, and excellent customer service. Our back of the house motto- 'Changing the world one coffee and one smile at a time.' It is the mission of 3andME to provide amazing food- but also that each customer leave happier than when they first arrived.

Look for our signature pink trailer at your next community event or contact us if you are interested in having us join you at your next wedding, fundraiser or vendor show. Visit our website for more information www.3andmecafe.com.

History:

3andME was started in New Salem in January of 2018.  It began as a small-town cafe serving breakfast, lunch, coffee, drinks and desserts in a gas station.  While working there, Rachael met and married Dathan. Their new family decided on a new adventure- a mobile coffee shop which would grant them the opportunity to travel and go TO the people. “For you were called to freedom, brothers & sisters; only do not use your freedom as an opportunity to indulge your flesh, but through love serve one another” Galatians 5:13. With the freedom of being mobile, 3andME can now travel and serve more people coffee and food, but most importantly, serve the love and hope of Jesus.

But why coffee? One of Rachael’s favorite authors, Mark Batterson, quotes it best in his book The Circle Maker, “After all, Jesus didn’t just hang out at the synagogue. He hung out at wells, and wells were the natural gathering places in ancient culture. One day it dawned on me that coffeehouses are postmodern wells.” When you’re happy or sad, congratulating or consoling, brainstorming or meditating, relaxing or waking up, people love coffee! And some are hesitant to enter a church building, so we figured we would serve coffee along with the Word of God, where people are comfortable. “I do the ordinary every day, serving coffee and muffins. But I want to do the ordinary with God and the presence of the Holy Spirit, every day, all day,” states Rachael.
