History: About four years ago Michelle Pulling from Fargo had started the honey business entitiled Shine On Honey Company. When the honey business rapidly grew she realized she could not keep her full time businesses and the honey business operating at the same time. In June of 2024 Michelle and I started the transition of me taking over and purchasing Shine On Honey Company as of August 2024 the transition is complete. Sales are made through the Shine On Honey website, Faire and local businesses. Restaurants in Arizona, California, Minnesota and North Dakota use Shine On Honey as part of their recipies. The plan is to expand this company by attending craft events, marketing to other restaruants and local businesses in my area.
