Company History
Michelle from Fargo had an Ice Cream shop the she owned and operated. She came up with the idea of making "Hot" Honey as a toppinig for her ice cream. The Hot Honey took off so well that she could no longer be dedicated to making both ice cream and the honey. Michelle and I met in passing and this is where it transfered from being produced in Fargo to now being made in Grand Forks. Honey is purchase through ND apiaries and seasoned with Organic spices and fresh Jalepenos. Sales are made through the website: shineonhoney.com, Faire and local businesses. Restaurants in Arizona, California, Minnesota and North Dakota use Shine On Honey as part of their recipies.
