The Butcher Block is a state-inspected facility for slaughter and processing. They offer custom slaughtering of beef, pork, sheep, bison and elk. They produce a large selection of sausage and jerky to sell in retail and outlet stores. The Butcher Block also processes wild game for the sportsman.
