Steve and Sarah Baldwin lived in the Black Hills of South Dakota for most if not all of their lives, until they relocated to Minot, North Dakota in the summer of 2017. They have been blessed with six children and enjoy spending time as a family. Steve began experimenting with his first cheesecake in 2007.

A “Sinsational Cheesecake” has a lite consistency and texture. It possesses a wonderful flavor that does not over power its consumer.
