Prairie Salt Company began in 2023 with a passion for gardening and a desire to creatively use the herbs and produce growing in our North Dakota garden. What started as a small experiment in crafting unique seasoning blends quickly became a business centered on sharing fresh, handcrafted flavors with others.

Our first products were inspired directly by ingredients grown at home, and the business has grown organically in every sense of the word. As our garden expanded, so did our product offerings and customer base. Through local farmers markets, community events, and word-of-mouth support, Prairie Salt Company steadily evolved from a simple idea into a growing small business.

Today, we offer a number of unique seasoning blends along with seasoned crackers, artisan syrups, sourdough creations, and other handcrafted food products. Each product is made with a focus on quality, creativity, and flavors inspired by the prairie.
