In 2016 we took an adventure in fermentation using chilies plucked from the garden on our deck. What resulted was a sauce so good we knew it had to be shared, thus began Off The Deck Hot Sauce. The demand for our sauces quickly outgrew our deck, but we had a plan for that! Thanks to the efforts of a hanful of small family farms and beekepers we're delighted to continue to grow Off The Deck while supporting local aggriculture. Our sauces are ND made, Red River Valley grown and as of 2022 national award winners at the Scovie Awards.
