Company History

L & M Meats, Inc. was started in 1959 by Laddie and Marie Novak, immigrants from Czechoslovakia. Many of the products made today are from the original recipes that Laddie brought from his native country. Laddie and Marie’s children - Vera, Laddie Jr and Jeff - manage the daily operations of the business which employs 30 people.
