Hard Red Winter Wheat Flour

Our hard red winter wheat flour is fresh milled to order. Average protein is 10.5-13 %. It is glyphosate free wheat. Right now, we sell in 2.5 LB and 5 LB bags.

Soft White Wheat Flour

Protein: 8% - 10% Consider this your pastry flour.

Lower in protein and weaker gluten. Best for cookies, muffins, pancakes or any recipes where baking soda or powder is needed.

*This product is made with wheat berries that are outsourced from a regenerative farm in Montana until next growing season.

Muffin Mix

This mix is a base recipe. Add in blueberries, chocolate chips, or inclusion of your choice.

Yields 12 muffins

Ingredients: Hard Red Winter Wheat Flour, Soft White Wheat Flour, Granulated Sugar, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Salt

Made with non-GMO & glyphosate free wheat.

Pancake & Waffle Mix

Yields 18-20 pancakes or waffles. Freeze any leftovers for an easy breakfast the next day.

Ingredients: Hard Red Winter Wheat Flour, Soft White Wheat Flour, Baking Powder, Salt

Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

Just add a few simple ingredients, bake, and enjoy the homemade goodness.

Yields about 12 cookies

Hard Red Spring Wheat Flour

Protein: 13%-15% Consider this your Bread Flour.

High in protein and strong gluten structure means it performs best in recipes containing yeast including artisan breads, pizza crust, bagels and sandwich breads or buns. 

This flour is made with non-GMO & glyphosate free wheat.

Animal Crackers

A light, sweet snack made wholesome with our fresh milled flour - a treat kids (and adults!) can feel good about.

5 oz bag that contains about 20 animal crackers approximately 2x2 in size.

Ingredients: Soft white wheat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, honey, butter, vanilla, milk

Banana Bread Mix

Wholesome and easy to make—just add ripe bananas and wet ingredients for a moist, flavorful loaf made with our fresh milled flour.

Yields one loaf or 12 muffins
