Company History
Jack’s Simple Syrup started the same way many great beverage ideas do: behind a bar, with a need for better ingredients and a passion for great drinks.
Founded by Jack Lingle in Fargo, North Dakota, the brand was born out of years working in hospitality and beverage management. After spending countless hours building cocktail menus, training bartenders, and managing beverage programs, Jack saw a consistent problem: too many drinks relied on either artificial syrups or time-consuming house-made recipes that were hard to keep consistent at scale.
The solution was simple: create a line of syrups that tasted like something you’d make in-house—but worked like a professional product.
What started as small experimental batches in a kitchen quickly turned into a growing catalog of flavors, including standouts like Huckleberry, Bourbon Vanilla, Toasted Marshmallow, Rhubarb, and Demerara. The brand gained traction with local bars, restaurants, and coffee shops that wanted craft quality without sacrificing speed, consistency, or cost control.
As demand grew, Jack’s Simple Syrup expanded into regional distribution, staying true to its original mission: make exceptional beverages easier to create—without cutting corners on flavor or quality.
Today, Jack’s Simple Syrup continues to be built on the same principles it started with: real ingredients, smart recipes, and a deep respect for the people behind the bar and behind the counter.
