What is our Cinni Mini and How did we create it?
The Homestead Cinni Mini is an original recipe 100% created by US ♡. This delicious treat took months to get just RIGHT! These were a hit from the beginning- at the Farmer's Market.
It is a delicate combination of Flour, Sugar, Salt, Water, Yeast, Oil, Cinnamon, Butter, and Brown Sugar- Carefully crafted with love into treats for You!
They are fully baked when sold! They freeze well and at some retailers may be found in the frozen section. Microwaving them for 30 seconds whole will thaw them just right. If you slice them first, a quick 15 seconds will do the trick! Add butter and enjoy !
Our Sourdough Loaves are all individually, handmade. They come in a variety of flavors and in mini or regular size.
Sourdough is made from grazing yeast microbes that naturally exists in your environment.
We named our starter, 'Hope'.
Sourdough consists of three main things: FLOUR, WATER, SALT. Which is why we created the adorable mugs!
Our loaf recipe has evolved to an 80% hydration. This took practice and patience and, most importantly, mistakes. Our loaves come in our Classic Flavors: Original, Rosemary Garlic, Jalapeño Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Everything, S'More, Cinnamon Raisin, Cinnamon Swirl, Minced Onion, Caramelized Onion, and Basil Galic. We also have seasonal flavors pop up occasionally like Cranberry-Orange Spice, Lemmon Poppy, Coconut Almond and Orange Dreamsicle- Plus our Exclusive Flavors Triple Berry Spice and Caramel.
They freeze perfectly for months and reheat great filling your home with the aroma of fresh baked bread that we all love! We recommend removing your loaf from the bag, thawing your loaf completely, and tossing into your oven on the rack at 400 for 10 minutes. OR take frozen loaf, run under water for a couple seconds toss on rack for ten minutes at 400. While enjoying your loaf, leave cut side down to keep moisture in. Counter stable for 4 days without bag.
