Company was formed in 2024 but the journey started some eight years ago as something we did for our family and friends.  And it turned out folks liked it. With a little nudging from them we formed KB Salsa to bring it to the public.  

We started with just two levels of heat and now offer seven different heat levels for red salsa ranging from our #0 with just Bell Peppers to our #6 with Carolina Reaper.  Throw in our Verde and we have grown from two to eight different salsas.  We experiment with new peppers each year looking for that new flavor or heat type as well.
