Our family run business has been producing and selling honey in the Dakotas for over 50 years. We are headquarted in Hettinger, ND. Hettinger is located in the southwest corner of the state. The Dakotas are known for our pure fresh products with honey being of no exception.
Our vast open plains and National Grasslands allow native yellow clover to thrive beyond compare. Yellow clover, the floral source for our delectable honey, is the building block of our business. The honey it produces is sought around the world. Clover honey can be purchased almost anywhere, but don't be fooled.
Most honey on the market is a blend of foreign and domestic honey. Our honey is all 100% pure natural honey made in North and South Dakota. Its flavor and color are found in no other honey. It is perfect for all uses from baking to eating plain.

History: Grand River Honey Co. was established in 1974 and is on its third generation of being a family owned and operated business. Our business is among the oldest registered bee businesses to remain family owned in North Dakota today. We have developed a reputation in the honey world for our high quality raw sweet clover honey due to our unique area and practices.
