Company History
I have been baking for as long as I can remember, I love creating breads, cookies, scones and more that use clean wholesome ingredients. My baked goods are made with organic ingredients, locally grown grains, and local honey.
In recent years I have found a love for roasting coffee. The coffee I roast is small batch to maximize freshness. Like the baking ingredients I take care to source only organically or sustainably grown beans. Additionally, I deliberately choose specialty grade coffee grown at elevations near 5k feet to capture those wonderful origin flavor during the roasting process.
