Ginger Leaf Garden began as a part-time pursuit, but it quickly grew into a thriving business. I offer a wide range of products, including starter plants, jams, sauces, pickles, salsas, and gift baskets. All products are currently homemade under cottage law primarily made with locally sourced ingredients.

Company History

Ginger Leaf Garden LLC was established in February 2022 by Cassandra Mosbrucker. Cassandra had gardened as a hobby for many years and often gave away excess produce and canned goods to friends and family. After encouragement from loved ones, Cassandra decided to turn her passion into a business.

With assistance from the Veterans Business Outreach Center (VBOC) and the Women's Small Business Center (WSBC), Cassandra worked to formalize her hobby into a legal business entity. The proper licenses and permits were obtained, and a business plan was developed.

Today, Ginger Leaf Garden LLC sells canned goods and garden-themed gifts. Everything is handmade. Cassandra's experience and high standards ensure top-quality products that customers rave about. The business continues to expand as word spreads of the unique and high-quality offerings from this small start-up operation.
