Ever since we were dating in 2020, my wife Jessica and Myself (Josiah) dreamed of having a Bakery or Cafe. But with the busyness of life and a growing young family (2 little girls) we put that dream on the backburner. Fast forward to January of 2025, we helped some friends operate their food truck at a State Fair and fell in love with the idea of doing something similar.  So, as we came home, we decided to take the leap and go for it. After 3 months of Jessica perfecting a Handmade, from scratch, Doughnut recipe, we decided to start selling out of our home on the Western prairies of North Dakota. We then began attending local Fairs and Festivals in North Dakota and bringing our Giant decadent Doughnuts to the masses.  We were blown away by the response from the minute we opened. We are so excited to continue this adventure and share these delectable Doughnuts with everyone that we can!
