Company History
I started making sourdough back in 2024 for my family and friends. It wasn’t until this year that I decided to take a chance and join the Bismarket. I love baking sourdough and cookies, and I enjoy involving my family in the process. My two boys really do enjoy helping me at vendor shows as well. They are my sidekicks, and love to see how much growth and success we have obtained! My baking journey began with puff pastries, and I quickly fell in love with the art of baking. I feel that my cookies are definitely pieces of art! Once I started to showcase the uniqueness of my cookies, that’s when my business really took off. I even asked my husband to contribute his famous smoked Chex Mix and smoked BBQ Cheez-Its to our menu, which have been a big hit!
