Mathern Meat Company

Mathern Meat Company is the joint venture of two neighboring family farms in Edgeley, ND who share a common set of values, beliefs, goals, and a passion for raising the highest quality of beef possible; particularly Wagyu-Angus cross beef. Although the families behind the two farms are not closely related, they bear the same last name, hence why it was chosen for the name of the organization. All of the products sold by Mathern Meat Company are sustainably and ethically raised their entire life cycle (breeding to finishing) at either of the farms or on pasture near Edgeley, ND and are processed in town at the local butcher shop, Butcher's Edge.
