Our passion for baking started during the height of the COVID pandemic. We would use our days in for date nights to learn new recipes. Macarons were always the one thing we could never get right. One day, we broke the code of this tempermental little cookie and shared our creations with coworkers and friends. We had such an overwhelmingly positive response to our flavors that we decided to open our business in May of 2022.
