Company History

Originally part of Roman Meal Company, the first grain conversion mill, was built in Fargo, ND, in 1969 to provide products to Roman Meal licensed bakeries. Subsequently (1988), Roman Meal Milling Company, Inc. was established, and a second mill was built in Fargo in 1990 to serve a broader customer base.
