Ashley Super Valu is a retail grocery store specializing in homemade sausage, butchering and kuchen. It has been locally owned and operated by the Rueb’s since 1966. They produce ring bologna, fry sausage (country-style, sauerkraut, low sodium, jalapeno cheese, or all-beef), summer sausage (all beef or pork and beef mixed), head cheese, liver sausage, brats, pepper sticks, beef jerky (original, peppered or teriyaki) and kuchen.
