Pam Girard fulfilled her passion for cooking when she was asked to start a cooking class in her home in the early ‘90s. Since then, she’s been publishing cookbooks on easy cooking.
Her books combine all of the things she loves: writing, family, travel and religious thought. If it Tastes Good, Who Cares? Vol. III features family stories of how food kept them together and created many memories. The recipes gathered while traveling abroad have been adapted to use foods more commonly found in a North Dakotan’s pantry.
